Emergency Medicine
Dr. Kathryn Lenker grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She attended Bucknell University and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Geography minor. In 2020. She graduated with her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. At Penn, she studied mixed animal medicine and did research focused on infectious diseases and greenhouse gases in food animals. She also received a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in 2023.
Dr. Lenker completed her rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, where she spent the majority of her time with the Emergency Service.
Dr. Lenker has special interests in emergency and critical care medicine, as well as public health and preventative medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, and watching her favorite Phillies.
