Veterinary Technician- Overnight Clinical Manager for Emergency and Critical Care

Philadelphia Animal Specialty and Emergency (PASE) is seeking a licensed CVT or experienced veterinary technician to join our team as an Overnight Clinical Manager within our specialty and emergency hospital. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The Overnight Clinical Manager will work closely with veterinary specialists and service leaders to oversee nightly operations, support staff, staffing and scheduling, workflow management, and employee development within their department. This individual will help ensure high standards of patient care while fostering communication and collaboration across services and with the referring veterinary community.

Supported by the Technician Manager, Hospital Administrator, and Service Head, the Clinical Manager will lead their team in alignment with PASE’s core values, vision, and commitment to exceptional patient care and employee growth.

Experienced Anesthesia Veterinary Technician

Philadelphia Animal Specialty and Emergency (PASE) is seeking a skilled and experienced Anesthesia Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative, specialty hospital. At PASE, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering professional growth, innovation, and a supportive team environment.

As a PASE Anesthesia Veterinary Technician, you will work closely with board-certified anesthesiologists, surgeons, specialists, emergency clinicians, and nursing staff to provide advanced anesthetic care for small animal patients undergoing specialty and emergency procedures. Responsibilities include developing anesthetic plans, monitoring patients throughout anesthesia and recovery, managing pain protocols, maintaining anesthesia equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.

​​​​​​​This role also includes mentoring and training fellow technicians and assistants in anesthesia best practices while collaborating across multiple specialty services in a culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence in patient care.
