Shawna Journeigan

Client Care Manager

Shawna has been in the industry for 20 years, starting in the kennel at a small practice in Hainesport, NJ. From there, she developed a passion for client support at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, where she spent 14 years growing in the field and developing CSRs as a CSR Lead. She came to PASE in late 2021 to help build a staff of like-minded individuals who share that passion and develop systems to help grow PASE into the best it can be for its clients.
